Booked my appointment via the website well ahead of time, then it gets canceled without any call or some kind of decent notifying. Keep in mind you pay a deposit to place an appointment. Despite the refund, it does take a while to process. I don't have the money to be making appointments only for them to be canceled and refunded whenever. Yet the time availability for appointments was provided by them! Oh and they don't pick up phones so there's that.
