Spiral perm best I have ever had.
I went to the stylist that said she was an instructor at Blanco Blanco for a few years. I had come in with my hair air dried so she could see what my natural curl looked like. She said she could cut curly hair. I showed her a picture and it looked nothing like the picture. It was so short that my hair wouldn’t even curl on top.
