Really terrible experience. Clearly she was trying to fit as many customers as possible in a day because she totally rushed the last half of my haircut. I asked for basic modifications (thinner, shorter, get the stray parts that were missed) after she was “done” but she didn’t care and just put in 5% effort. Plus she cut my neck with the razor and didn’t even notice, and if she did then she didn’t acknowledge or apologize. And after all of that it was still a horrible haircut. Would not recommend at all.
They did a fantastic job! 10/10 definitely recommend if you want to have perfect nails. They are all so kind and careful and they make you feel at home.
