Had a hair cut and style a week ago by a new stylist at the salon and I felt like I was at a beauty school. She was very kind and accommodating, but obviously not confident or knowledgeable in several things. She was guided by another stylist there and I was "floored" by the questions she asked her. I felt quite concerned during most of the time I was there that the job would ever get done. 1 hr, 10 mins later my haircut and style was done. It looked good, but won't happen again here.
