Colleen does a great job. She’s skilled and really listens and makes intuitive suggestions! I highly recommend this salon. The stylists are customer focused and they have a huge selection of products and a very pleasant atmosphere!
I can't speak for the rest of the stylists, but I saw Carrie and she seemed to be in a race to finish. I have wavy hair, and instead of taking the time to see how it curls, she just grabbed and cut. It wound up looking like a mullet and the layers were not even. She said she had been doing this for 17 years, maybe she needs a refresher course. Not sure why she was in such a hurry, I had told her that I had just moved to town and I would be a loyal customer if I liked what she did. Won't visit the salon again.
As soon as you walk in you feel welcome to the New Salon 121, formerly known as the Hair Stop. The service is very nice, and the additions that have been added by the new owner look very promising. You always feel like your the number one priority, and you can relax knowing your being pamered by professionals
