Honestly, I was hoping for a good experience with all of the good reviews, but that is not how it happened. I did come in as a walk in, and when I got there I asked if they had any time available. They put me with a young lady that was fresh out of school, which would not have bothered me had I been told in the beginning. When she asked me what I was looking to do, I told her a trim, and long layers. She said okay.
