My hair is fried and destroyed because Callie lied to me about the service she was doing. I specifically asked for a balayage more then once and she said that would cost more then she originally quoted me. So I agreed to pay more. Not only was my hair fried when I left but she didn’t do a large portion of my hair. I looked like a clown.
