Planned to book with them online because they were under Groupon because I just needed something quick for this weekend. It seems to me they are not a fan of the site which is why I asked prior to booking if they accepted it since it was still active online. Whoever is answering the phone tried to argue me down about using the site and when I told her I was more comfortable using it, she said thank you and hung up in my face. I wanted a simple hair cut to look clean/sharp and she delivered it at the fraction of the cost elsewhere. Highly recommend this place!

They don’t take online appointments, we book online and drive 45 min ls and go to their place, only to hear they don’t take online appointments. The lady says she will talk to her boss but refuses to give their contact for us to explain the issue. Very inconvenient

I had booked a manicure online and when I went for my appointment, they said I didn't have one and the nail rep wasn't there. Just wasted my time
