I requested a quote almost 2 weeks ago and no one ever got back to me until I called 2 days in a row. Now they said they will not be giving me a quote because they have too many jobs… I mean… I get it? But there’s better ways to word this to a customer who has never worked with you before and is interested in giving you a job, which btw… could potentially be multiple jobs in the near future… thank you.

Because we needed multiple roof surfaces sealed in conjunction with a large solar installation, we had incredibly difficult timelines to work with. Salomon did an excellent job working with us, contributed in a very positive way with ensuring the solar installation was just perfect, and were very professional.
