The office staff is for the most part courteouos. One person is a tad curt and rude but they can be overlooked. The billing practices at the office is shaky. Their copayments are estimates so you always end up with a credit if the treatment is not pre-authorized. Dr. Salob is fantastic. They always squeeze me in if I have an emergency, and they put my kids at ease which is no easy feat. I've had many things done here over the years--teeth cleaning, whitening, fillings, crowns, etc. and am always pleased. They are also very honest about what's needed vs. not--I never feel bamboozled or unsure of what has to be done.
Dr. Salob and his staff are very kind and helpful. They explain everything in complete detail so that there are no surprises, when I had work done on my teeth I felt no pain. That was great! Love, Love, Love this facility.
Dr. Salob has been our family dentist for over 30 years (family of 4). He has provided wonderfully skilled and family friendly service throughout that entire time. We recommend him and his practice without reservation! He is excellent on all indicators: procedures, pain management, cost, insurance help, chair-side manners, and front desk.
I have been a patient of Doctor Salobs for about 20 years and now my children are patients of his as well. I have tried other dentist but found this office to be the best in my area based on the facilities, treatment success, and customer service. I have had extensive dental work which was performed by several dental offices. Dr Salob and Dr Ditch are the best bar none. They care about your well being as a patient and ensures that you are comfortable with all procedures. Their work is flawless. In my 13 years as a patient I have been 100% satisfied. My daughter has been a patient for seven years and actually enjoys going to the dentist. I have recommended several of my friends who are now faithful patients.
I have been a patient of Dr. Salob for 16 years. He and his staff have always been courteous and pleasant. I actually enjoy going to the dentist. How many people can say that. I have never had a problem with any procedures performed and have actually seen an improvement in the health of my teeth. Additionally, they are very prompt with insurance payments.
