We reached out to them last year for window coverings for our bay windows. We had a couple of in-home consultations, and while the initial meetings were promising, communication quickly became a challenge. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates, and after the last visit in October, I never heard back from them again. Disappointing service experience, especially after investing time and effort into the consultation process.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly in helping troubleshoot issues with my blinds. Resolved everything quickly and cost effectively.

First receptionist booked in home consultation and after some hours left me voicemail that area is not under quotation. They first gathered info and then denied service.

Maina was wonderful and very helpful. Showed us lots of samples and styles. Being able to get in a store and look at actual styles and colors is so much better than on-line. We set up an in-home appointment to do measurement and have a professionals opinion of what to do with our bay windows. Most motorized roll-up style cassettes are so large.
