Great selection of quality products, very professional, attentive to detail, careful with measurement, great service, communicates very well. Overall a great experience. Bought several Hunter Douglas powered blinds very happy customer. Maina was wonderful.
We reached out to them last year for window coverings for our bay windows. We had a couple of in-home consultations, and while the initial meetings were promising, communication quickly became a challenge. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates, and after the last visit in October, I never heard back from them again. Disappointing service experience, especially after investing time and effort into the consultation process.
Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly in helping troubleshoot issues with my blinds. Resolved everything quickly and cost effectively.
First receptionist booked in home consultation and after some hours left me voicemail that area is not under quotation. They first gathered info and then denied service.
Minor hick up with our motorized shade, fixed in a jiffy, thanks to Salnek! Got our vote as the best window treatment shop in Burlington.
