We have lived here for 3 years during college, about to move out. We have LOVED living here. Rent is reasonably priced compared to other apartments, but Salnave is MUCH nicer than others we have lived in. Rent did not increase nearly as much as I have seen others increase. Hardwood floors, in-unit washer and dryer, very clean, pet friendly, neighboring Salnave Park, and maintenance issues were quickly solved (Logan was super helpful!). I lived at Salnave Glen Apartments for two years while attending college. Overall, I’d give it 3 stars. Pros: The rent was reasonably priced, and I appreciated having an in-unit washer and dryer along with hardwood floors. The complex is pet-friendly, which is a plus for dog owners. Cons: The property manager, Nancy, was often rude and very unresponsive, which made dealing with maintenance or questions frustrating. Set up a showing a few days in advance, set up a time and when it came time to show the lady was super late and already rented out the building... a heads up would go a long ways. Poor management and communication skills
It's a nice apartment, little spendy but it has all the features that improve quality of life such as in unit washer, dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioning. Reason I'm giving this place a two-star is it does NOT SUPPLY ENOUGH PARKING FOR ALL OF THEIR TENANTS. If you're someone who comes home late, by 'late' I mean 6:30 pm or later, then you will NOT get a parking spot anywhere.
