The opening of Gander Outdoors was great, found everything we were looking for plus more, more open with I think more choices!!
This review is not against the mall personally but against the Santa and photographer and whomever hired the new photographer company, I would also like to note I’d give them a 0 rating if it’d let me! Last year it was the same Santa but we were aloud to take our own picture with our own phone if we pleased, this year you can’t you must pay. Last year I did pay for the digital download for a small fee because really that’s all I’d use. This year you must buy it in a package making it $37!! No one in this town can afford that... read more
This isn’t about the mall itself, more so the Santa pictures. I was so incredibly disappointed with it. Thankfully our picture turned out nice but the whole thing was very unprofessional and overpriced. The Santa acted miserable like he couldn’t wait to leave, my 8 month old daughter smiled more in the pictures than he did. There was nothing “jolly” about this Santa at all. The staff here are AWESOME! I called with a question about gift cards, left message with Friendly HR gentleman and got return call from Marketing Director... very helpful n knowledgeable staff... I love these peeps!!! 👍😁
