There are a few difficulties like creaky floors but the staff is awesome, they have been miracle workers for me and I wanted to make sure they knew they are appreciated, thanks you guys rock!
In the past couple years, under new management significant improvements have been made! They have worked hard to help people when they have a problem and to fix the crime in our apartments! It is a quiet and calm place to live!
I’ve been a resident here for 3 years now but my 5 star rating is based on the past year. Since the management change in response to the letter sent out about rent being due during Covid, things have been great. My work orders are dealt with immediately, community concerns are not only acknowledged, but are actually being dealt with, and the grounds are kept clean. Only going up from here! Salmon run in the last 4 years has improved so much from management to keeping the grounds clean! This place has been such a nice place to live! Such a cute playground for the kids to play at and such a convenient spot next to Safeway for late night snacks. Keep up the good work you guys!
