In January our 65 year old boiler decided to retire. Paul Salmon was out that day and had a quote to us that evening. Over the next 2 days their professional team did a wonderful job installing a Navien wall hung combination boiler(does both home heating & water heating). Emergency service call on a Sunday for the furnace. Tech was there within a half hour or so. Solved the problem quickly. Showed me what the issue was (not that I could ever do that myself) Very professional and friendly service. Kudos to your tech!
Woke up to a couple of alerts on the thermostat. Contacted Salmon and they had a tech out later that morning. The tech was really professional, taking the time to explain what he was testing and why. Turns out a flame sensor was a little corroded and rather than replacing it he took the time to clean it off saving me some money. Everything is working great, appreciate the speed and cost of the repair!
We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed today. From start to finish, all staff were professional, organized, and tidy. They provided a thorough explanation of the work completed and instructions for operating and maintenance. Highly recommend.
