I have taken all of my animals here for as long as I can remember. I can’t recall a time that I haven’t been satisfied with my service.
After being customers there for over 15 years(our cat of 14 years passed at the end of Jan) we adopted a new cat a few weeks ago and when we called the vet to make an appointment we were told they weren't taking new patients. Seriously? After more than 15 years. While I have no complaints about the care our cats received there, how about remembering those who have been with you for a while. We were told to call around which we did and will be taking our business elsewhere.
Now that this place has new owners, beware policy has changed and pay close attention to the new papers for cremation. Our boys ashes were thrown away due to lack of explanation. Beyond heartbroken. I will never go back to this "chain"
We've recently had amazing experiences with Dr. McNutt and her team (who cared for our Chandler after a bad injury to his leg) and Karen (who did a great job grooming our Cairn). Not only did Chandler heal amazingly well, but he went from being a 50-lb anxious dog who needed to be carried into the vet to being a calmer dog who walks himself in to see Dr. McNutt. So, so happy to have these caring people in our town.
We just moved into the area and needed care for our cat Dexter. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful in our transition and care. Thank you for making everything go so smoothly.
