I completely agree. The staff is rude at best especailly the clinic office manager. She is terrible. I thought she was a vet as she was treating animals and questioning the diagnosis of the hippy looking vet, but come to find out they are married and she is not licensed to practice vet medicine. However she is rude to the customers and has a supreior complex about herself. I had a HORRIBLE experience at this clinic. The staff treated me heinously and the owner was extremely rude. There is an ambiguous sign stating: "Companion Pet Clinic Salmon Creek - As of August 1, 2008 We will be offering a 5% discount to those clients that pay with $$cash$$ (This excludes vaccines, exams, spays & neuters)" I attempted to pay for everything with cash except the exam with a credit card (as it is excluded per the sign).
