Doctors and staff are overburdended, and generally do their best. I've had mixed experiences with Clayton (Dr.Welder), and although I would recommend him to you, personally, and considering my health issues, I am in need of a different doctor. Good luck. 🫶
I had an extremely frustrating experience with Dr. Macdonald at Salmon Arm Medical Clinic while trying to complete a TB test required for my work visa. The first time I went in, I waited an entire week only to be told they forgot to do the test. I then had to go back and repeat the process. The Dr's and staff here are top notch!
I’m very frustrated with the communication at this clinic. It is extremely difficult to get through by phone — you’re kept on hold for 10+ minutes only to hear a message saying they are experiencing higher call volumes and to try again later. This happens repeatedly, making it nearly impossible to speak with anyone. I’ve also been trying to update my phone number.
