I’m very frustrated with the communication at this clinic. It is extremely difficult to get through by phone — you’re kept on hold for 10+ minutes only to hear a message saying they are experiencing higher call volumes and to try again later. This happens repeatedly, making it nearly impossible to speak with anyone. I’ve also been trying to update my phone number. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible phone answering system! They make you wait forever and then the message says to call back! I've already called 3 times but nobody cares to answer the phone. They finally answered and I told the lady that answered that this is beyond ridiculous and she threw down the phone! I hope you get this message but please cancel my Wednesday 2:20 appointment! I have no other way of contacting you because there's no way for any human to leave a simple message! What a disaster!!! You people should be ashamed ... read more

Today i was turned away from the walk in clinic...I showed up an hour early with a sick 4 year old only to be told ' u have a dr so u have to wait' no the policy is first come first served!! Pissed right off and filing a complaint, froze waiting for an hour for nothing , most receptionists in there are good, this one today sucks!!! Hope u feel good sending a sick kid home after waiting the weekend to see a dr
