Today i was turned away from the walk in clinic...I showed up an hour early with a sick 4 year old only to be told ' u have a dr so u have to wait' no the policy is first come first served!! Pissed right off and filing a complaint, froze waiting for an hour for nothing , most receptionists in there are good, this one today sucks!!! Hope u feel good sending a sick kid home after waiting the weekend to see a dr

Had a medical procedure performed by Dr Sawatzky-Martens, who was great, and also asked me back for a follow up, which I attended. It is unresolved however, and when I now try to book another follow up appointment, I am informed by reception I must now see a new doctor as I’m technically a walk in patient. I don’t think this is a good standard of care, or very efficient use of anyone’s time, as it is an issue Dr Sawatzky-Martens is familiar with and could therefore solve faster and better than seeing a new doc. Het is nooit fijn om een arts nodig te hebben tijdens je vakantie. Maar helaas we konden er niet onderuit. De clinic is niet letterlijk en figuurlijk een walk-in clinic, van je komt eraan en je kan wachten. We meldde ons rond 13.30 uur. Maar omdat het zo druk was, ook al was de wachtkamer zo goed als leeg. Werd ons verzocht om rond 15.30 uur terug te komen.
