Dr. TATSUMA HIND should have his medical license revoked. I got zero support as someone experiencing a severe Mental Health Crisis, and was told “see how you feel next week”?!!?!! When I told him I would be filing a formal complaint, due to him not taking my mental health seriously, he told me that I would be banned from the clinic if I reported him!! Manipulative doctors scare me. Especially when they see vulnerable patients. I will be reporting my concerns about his practices to the CPSBC.
We arrived at the clinic around 4:45 p.m., and the office was empty. The receptionist told us they were fully booked, which was surprising because I’ve driven by at the same time on other days and usually see a lineup.
Doctors and staff are overburdended, and generally do their best. I've had mixed experiences with Clayton (Dr.Welder), and although I would recommend him to you, personally, and considering my health issues, I am in need of a different doctor. Good luck. 🫶
I had an extremely frustrating experience with Dr. Macdonald at Salmon Arm Medical Clinic while trying to complete a TB test required for my work visa. The first time I went in, I waited an entire week only to be told they forgot to do the test. I then had to go back and repeat the process.
