Good visit. Dr Azam explained the TAVR procedure, the process to obtain authorization, addition tests required, risk factors, what happens if they cannot perform the TAVR, hospital stay for both TAVR and open heart surgery if required, that a surgeon is part of the team in thecOR at time the procedure us done and he answered our questions as well.
Short and sweet. Doc was informed of my status for this F/U visit. Overall pleased w/ my continued care.
