Superfast service, explained in detail what needed to be done and why, friendly service staff.
We were fortunate to be added in between jobs for a leak. The guy that answered the phone was polite, said he would try his best and would call me back. Howard called a few hours later and was kind enough to wait for me to get home. Again polite and easy going yet professional, he explained what caused the issue and had it addressed quickly. Saved us from a lot of headaches, especially on a Friday. Would recommend!
Noticed my water heater was leaking sunday afternoon. Contacted Salm Plumbing and got in touch with Mike who said he could be over monday morning at a time I agreed to. He asked me to take some pictures so he could bring a replacement with him. He showed up took my old water heater out and replaced it with a new in just over 1 1/2 hrs. Of course my wife talked to him a little longer as we have a Cavalier puppy and he has a couple of them. Would never trust anyone else for Plumbing other than Salm. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Honest plumbers who know their trade and take the time to explain what needs to be done and are upfront about costs. I have used them several times
