I arrived at 8 am the day of my appt which was at 11pm that night hopeful to check in early however I could not get anyone to answer the door to speak with someone, phone numbers are useless as well. Multiple employees saw me waiting at the door and turned around acting like I didn’t exist. Didn’t get unloaded until the following day at 8PM. 6 hours waiting and they haven’t even unloaded a single truck yet. Finally got a dock after 12 hours. Glad I only showed up an hour early.
Got unloaded before appointment time. A few spots on the street for overnight parking. I have a pickup too and checked in one hour before appointment ...waiting....
