Poor flower quality. The bouquet was delivered with wilting flowers. I called to inform them about the quality and was met with instant defensiveness. Poor customer service and even worse quality. Avoid.

Do not use. Very disappointed. Ordered a centrepiece and a bouquet (over $250). Both are very one sided - all the flowers at the front, filler at the back. A centrepiece is meant to be viewed on all sides so I can’t even use that on my table. The delivery was supposed to be on Monday. Sunday evening I got a call from the delivery person saying he was there. I wasn’t home but could buzz him into our condo building.
