Do not use. Very disappointed. Ordered a centrepiece and a bouquet (over $250). Both are very one sided - all the flowers at the front, filler at the back. A centrepiece is meant to be viewed on all sides so I can’t even use that on my table. The delivery was supposed to be on Monday. Sunday evening I got a call from the delivery person saying he was there. I wasn’t home but could buzz him into our condo building. Do not order flowers from here, ever! Not only do they FALSE ADVERTISE but they lie to people. I ordered a Thanksgiving arrangement -- from another province. It was delivered WRONG DAY; and looked like an Easter order! No vase and wrapped in a paper towel. I requested my money back, and no replacement order. Was told YES, we will refund you - not once, but TWICE. Then they tell me that the recipient must put the flowers outside...for them to pick up. Can you believe this? The flowers are put outside and they can't find them.... read more
