Ordered flowers through flowershopping.com (guess who else is getting a bad review) and received flowers from this establishment. I ordered Sunflowers (what I ordered is the third photo) and instead received lilies (WHICH ARE DEADLY TO PETS and were not ordered because there is a small curious dog in the house) thrown together with mums, sword fern, A! snapdragon, and bamboo??? with a single sunflower in the back. Ordered Flowers and arrived looking fine. Message was printed on the delivery adress and not the card. Flowers all died within 2 days. Customer service requires a phone call, no email, and you cannot get ahold of anyone who can do anything for you.
This is not a review of their flowers, but a note for customers. Their UBC website is currently displaying the address of our shop (About Flower atelier in Vancouver) without authorization, which has caused customer confusion and even a negative review on our profile from someone who is not our customer. We have contacted the business and Sally's Florist to correct the information. I hope the address issue is resolved soon so customers are not misled.
DO NOT ORDER - Received a bouquet from this florist sent by my husband. They were not what he ordered- didn’t look anything like the photo- wrong vase- wrong size, these were supposed to be deluxe size. The flowers were crushed, broken and bruised petals. The ‘card’ was a piece of paper that they couldn’t be bothered to cut with scissors- looks like they just tore it by hand. Unfortunately they look like they are already dying. Terribly ugly flower arrangement delivered to me due to my mom's passing. The ribbon is made with an old piece of cloth. The name card was a piece of paper with faded ink. The pot is too small for the plant and there's no arrangement at all.
