Unnacceptable condition of flowers, do not recommend this place, i wouldn't even rate them one star, you can keep your coupon
This was very disappointing. I received a surprise bouquet in a plastic container. The flowers were already on their way out, Full bloom. Two days later, some of the flowers have to be removed because they’re dead. I’ll make sure to let the sender know to never order from here again.

I had surgery on October 20th. My dad ordered me a flower arrangement from here the following day. The flowers arrived 1/4 wilted and dead. The next day they were half dead. I emailed them about this situation and their response was to water the flowers. Clearly I watered the flowers. I have since emailed them 4 times demanding they replace my flowers.
