How is this place still in business? My husband had ordered a money tree plant to be sent to me as a surprise for our anniversary as he is currently abroad for work. He was so upset when I showed him what they sent me as he spent over a $100!!! It looked nothing like what they advertised, regardless of it being "premium" as the delivery person kept repeating to me when I didn't even know I was receiving this plant. We also are very disappointed with our flower arrangement. It was a nice surprise to receive these from a relative we rarely hear from. First off, I think the arrangement itself could have been more artistically done, but that is my opinion, and then it was possibly better than I could do, and I'm not an arranger... We received these flowers Monday night, the delivery person doing some rearranging at the door...hmmm. Unnacceptable condition of flowers, do not recommend this place, i wouldn't even rate them one star, you can keep your coupon
This was very disappointing. I received a surprise bouquet in a plastic container. The flowers were already on their way out, Full bloom. Two days later, some of the flowers have to be removed because they’re dead. I’ll make sure to let the sender know to never order from here again.
