Worst experience ever. BE AWARE, DONT USE THEM. They made what was suppose to be a good surprise for my wife to a worst nightmare.
Extremely disappointing service. Delivery was not on time and the delivery person left the flowers and personal message outside in public place, even when told not to leave outside. On top, the delivery guy is not fluent in English, so, very hard to communicate. Please don't waste your money, they know how to ruin the surprises.
TLDR - Flowers are nice, but not enough to make-up for poor communications for orders, delivery, and subsequent customer service. Disappointing for a local business. Long form - The flowers are nice. There seems to be zero communication with this company. Not only did the flowers I was expecting to receive not get delivered as scheduled, I was bombarded with phone calls asking the same information like address and delivery time!! Also each time being told “it cost 15 dollars” for time change, when I’M supposed to be the recipient and it was supposed to be a surprise 🥺
