Sally Zaharovitz as the buyer's agent failed to collect deposits of $29700 from her client at the closing. We have not received any payment from her client so the lease was defaulted by non-payments. She and her brokerage firm collected the brokerage fee of $19850 from us. They refuse to return the fee after the lease was defaulted. It costs us thousands of dollars legal fee to terminate the lease. Be aware ! Don't use this broker.

Sally is a very nice person who helped us find our perfect home. She was very kind and welcoming throughout the whole process and we never felt uncomfortable at all. We moved across the country and didn't know anyone in the city and Sally helped us through all of it. Her kindness didn't stop at just finding us our home, but it continued even after that, even extending to friendship. She is the perfect person to refer to when you need help. I definitely recommend contacting her!

ZDM Realty are amazing, they helped me to buy my first house, and their customer service is above and beyond my expectations, I had to replace my roof recently and they helped me during the all process, from the beginning of talking with the insurance through getting the right estimate and make sure that my roof is done correctly and safe.
