I was there twice this week, once for an exam and then for a hearing test. Both visits were timely and the staff was super nice! If you have a choice in ENT, I would choose them every time!
I’ve been to Dr.Smalley on two separate occasions for two separate issues. I have that most respect for her and she’s helped me in both appointments. I wouldn’t use another ENT besides Sally Smally.
Dr. Smalley was caring and concerned. She was pleasant and easy to talk to.

Dr. Smalley is wonderful, she was patient and understanding to my situation, she explains in detail what she is doing to put the patient at ease. I've been dealing with fullness in the left ear for over 2 yrs now, and although all my tests have found no problem, Dr. Smalley never made me feel that my concerns were not valid and has done everything to try to help solve it.
