I stopped by Sally J Jewelry Design in Palmetto Bay today to get three watches resized and one battery replaced, and I was seriously impressed. Ms. Asalia—aka Sally—took her time with each piece, making sure the fit was spot on and comfortable. Her attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction really stood out. She even invited me to come back if anything needed adjusting down the line, which speaks volumes about her commitment. Highly recommend her shop for expert service and a welcoming experience.
Sally and Omar do a PHENOMINAL Job in ALL they do whether it be a Jewelry Sale or a Repair. They are both very kind and efficient! I would not go to any Jeweler other than Sally J Jewelry design! They have my business ALWAYS! If you are looking for a top rate Jewelry store this is the one to go to!
