Do not go to this doctor. I arrived for my appointment on time and waited 30 minutes in a cold exam room; she was rude and dismissive, and I was never told what to do with the test results I had received. It was a truly terrible experience—do not go to her.
Dr Grogono far exceeded my expectations. I am so used to doctors talking down to me or not listening and being dismissive. She immediately set the tone by being full ears, looking me straight in the eyes and was relaxed and easy to talk to. Being close to my age, she could relate to all the menopause issues I was dealing with and was open to suggestions. She seemed to authentically care and wanted to help. I did not feel rushed at all. I cannot recommend her enough and wish she could be my everything doctor.
