The bigger girl with the buzzcut needs a lesson in customer service. She’s extremely rude, very condescending and talks to people like they’re below her. Arguing with customers because she is uneducated in something, telling them that they are wrong doesn’t make her right. It’s unprofessional.
Drive all the way there 6:20 pm on a Friday night, sign said they close at 8 pm Google says 8 pm the doors were locked, the worker said through the window we're closed?! Either update your hours or open the door. Disappointing
I always find everything I need and more! Elizabeth and Kathy are wonderful and are always helpful when I'm looking for something new.
