First time customer today. Trying to find hair color and which to product to mix it with. Went to ask girl at counter who was busy playing with her cell phone and she tells me, "she hasn't read it, a couple of ounces she thinks". I put the color back and tell her I'll be back when someone knowledgeable it there, she simply says, "ok", and continues playing on her cell.
