I come to this location a lot. I've only been treated poorly one time. I am thinking the girl tbat was working that day wasn't feeling it. I came a few days ago because I am about to color my hair, and another is because my daughter had braid up too long, and now they are locs, matted and tangled. Me and my sister walked in and the First Lady did greet us and was nice! My sister came up to the register to pay for her things. She did not asks or say hey to us. She had a mean and not professional attitude. We left disappointed, she was very rude. Poor customer service. Will not be going back again.

I walked in the door and without a hello the associate is asking me can she help me find something. I tell her I need some clipper blades. They are locked. I ask her can she help with the clipper blades. I have to wait until she checks customers to get my item. Okay and then they are out of my other item.
