UPDATE!!! 7/7/2022... LAST STRAW, NEVER AGAIN SHOPPING AT SANFORD, FL STORE!!!! Went in today for Ion hair color bundle special. I wasnt sure which color match my current hair color. I norm use developer & powdered bleach to lift my color. The Associate searched in back for "Lightest Blonde"-Ion 14V. Went home and colored my hair "Light Lavender" YICKS!!! I called another Sally near by - Lake Mary, Jennifer knew exactly what happened and advised/apologized, stated that color was violet lift and associate should have known. I... read more

Best experience I’ve ever had at any Sally’s, thanks to Moraima! She was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me. She took her time to genuinely listen to my wants and concerns, answer all my questions with thorough education, as well as recommend various products I have now fallen in love with. This particular store is lucky to have someone as dedicated and passionate about their job as her. Thank you so much, Moraima, will definitely be back!
