I am extremely disappointed with this experience at this location. I’m a professional cosmotologist and came in to buy a simple replacement blade. Of course they were locked up and I had to call on an employee to ring it up for me bring it out for me. Not only was the incorrect product sold to me in the first place and grabbed the wrong one , but the total refusal to do a simple exchange because their error in giving me the wrong blade is frustrating and unprofessional. So bad customer service
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! have been told the wrong information about hair dyes on multiple occasions (most recently 11/2025) and my hair almost got ruined because of blatant negligence. also, failed to provide a receipt for proof of purchase. worker has orange hair, stay away!!!!
The girl working here today at 1 pm on Monday 11/17 is very rude and unpleasant. Didn't even greet when arriving and has a poor attitude. She was wearing a white hat and had braids. I think Sally should train they're employees to be kinder to customers. Very disappointed and will never be back
