The store manager, Yolanda was very helpful, professional, informative, friendly, and cheerful. She helped explain so many of the products to me. I appreciate the amount of time that she spent helping even with a busy store. She is amazing at juggling the store responsibilities.
I went into this location on Tuesday April 2, 2024 at 10:25AM. The mid-age black lady was in the back room when I first came in. I was waiting for someone to greet me at the door as I had 1 question but a specific product. I had to wait 10 whole minutes before she came out the back! She came out with an amazing attitude as if I was inconveniencing her or something. I should if left at that moment but I had a hair appointment at 12 and need this product.
