I went to exchange an item here yesterday. I did not have the receipt. The cashier told me she could not do the exchange unless it was an even exchange other wise I would have to buy something. I felt forced to buy something so I could exchange the items for the correct product. I’d never heard of a company having a policy where the transaction can not be processed if it’s not even. I came in as a doordash driver to pick up an order for a customer. Yolanda actually walked down the aisle with me and help me pick out the items so that it wouldn't take too long. I'm so grateful for her. She's a wonderful employee.

I went in Mokena location, I asked for help buying purple shampoo and I couldn't of inconvenience the employee more. She basically told me I had to just look around the shelves for it. Won't be back.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience at this location. I’m a professional cosmotologist and came in to buy a simple replacement blade. Of course they were locked up and I had to call on an employee to ring it up for me bring it out for me. Not only was the incorrect product sold to me in the first place and grabbed the wrong one , but the total refusal to do a simple exchange because their error in giving me the wrong blade is frustrating and unprofessional.
