I had a good experience here a while back and realized I never left a review lol the team was super welcoming and helpful they took their time answering my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for
So bad customer service
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! have been told the wrong information about hair dyes on multiple occasions (most recently 11/2025) and my hair almost got ruined because of blatant negligence. also, failed to provide a receipt for proof of purchase. worker has orange hair, stay away!!!!
The girl working here today at 1 pm on Monday 11/17 is very rude and unpleasant. Didn't even greet when arriving and has a poor attitude. She was wearing a white hat and had braids. I think Sally should train they're employees to be kinder to customers. Very disappointed and will never be back
I had such a great experience with Suzie! She was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful when I was having an issue with one of my press on nails that had glue stuck on it. She immediately stepped in to help and did an amazing job fixing it. I really appreciated how patient and attentive she was — you can tell she truly cares about her clients and her work. Highly recommend seeing Suzie if you want someone who goes above and beyond!
