My daughters and I had an AMAZING experience at this location last night!! Susie was wonderful!! She walked us through the each step of the healthiest way to color my daughter’s hair and how to start and maintain the health of their hair. She and Kayla were so helpful. My daughter (13) said “Thank God we came here” 🥰
On Saturday, I visited the store looking for hair color but couldn’t decide what I wanted. A lady named Susie assisted me, helping me choose the right color and explaining how to apply it properly. She also recommended other hair products to prevent my color from fading and to keep my hair healthy, including shampoo and conditioner. Susie has a wonderful personality and clearly knows her products well. She warmly greeted me upon arrival and kindly wished me a great day as I left. I will definitely be returning.
For some reason this is the only location that won’t let me or my mom use our coupons? They won’t check and said we basically have to print them out to use them. Just went to a different location and the associate was more than happy to check to see if my mom had a coupon. Weird. I’ve worked for Sally’s before and that was never a policy.
Monday 2:57 pm went looking for some nails stuff and a young lady I don't know her name but black with a wing she was profiling me didn't let me shop in peace she was in my aisle looking at me and doing nothing make me very uncomfortable.
Huge thanks to the team at Sally Beauty, and especially Suzie! 🙌 I came in with my head looking like a science experiment gone wrong (DIY gone way too far). Suzie was an absolute angel—she didn’t laugh (too hard 😅), she just jumped in with the best advice, the right products, and so much patience. She basically saved my hair and maybe my sanity, too. Everyone there was awesome, but Suzie deserves a gold medal. Y’all are the real MVPs!
