I live on the East Side of York. I take the extra time to travel to the Carlisle Ave Sally's. First because the customer service there is 1000 times better than the Market St location. The staff and management make you feel welcomed(at the Carlisle Ave) and are super friendly. They are knowledgeable and help with recommendations. EVEN when the store is extremely busy with other customers they still take the time to be courteous. Not just rush you thru. I recommend this store to everyone.
