The fall working was very helpful. Going everything I was looking for and more.
The lady at the store was AMAZING! Helped as best she could but didn't sound to confident, but her hair looked great and she did it so I trusted her. I go home to do my hair. Did as instructed, and washed out and it looks HORRIBLE... I have done boxed hair before and it's never been this bad..... Like it looks horrible.. I called and asked if they had tips or could do anything, and they acted like it was nothing to do and I was screwed... :/ So I am going to an actual salon to get it done....

Finally I had what I needed and at checkout this woman only spoke to me with a bad attitude to tell me that my hair would look bad. Unacceptable.
