Always love talking to the team at this location, so kind and informative. as a monthly customer I would recommend this location to several friends. Always learn something new during my shopping experience, great recommendations too!
I was just in there to pick up an online order. The order was paid for and confirmed as ready. The email states to bring confirmation email or ID. I showed the confirmation email and was told he one employee it was acceptable and the other that it was not. The girl who checked me out, it seemed like it was either her very first day or she really had no idea what she was doing. It would have been quicker to just purchase in store... pick up is not convenient here at all.
This store is apparently closing so I would advise going to a different Sally’s in the area. They had basically no products. Had their website stated this I would’ve gone to another location.
