One of the associates makes up her own store policies. She is very rude!!! I believe according to her rotten attitude she is the manager! I did send a complaint to Sally Beauty corporate in regards to her attitude and actions

I was just at this Sally’s beauty’s salon about forty minutes ago or so, and the woman working with the short bob hair was extremely rude and belligerent. I was shopping for my fiancé and when finished stopped at the press on nails and was looking then found the pair I wanted and tried to pull them off the railing to bring up to sell. Unprofessional store time shows it open at 9am they put a sign on the door stating since they are doing inventory they will open at 10am. I come at 10 am and they tell me to come back later.

I have had 1 good experience and 1 awful experience here. I don’t want to come back here. Why charge me 7$ for delivery and tip when the bag never left the store. Took the bus to pick it up and the employee was rude and began to talking back when I left the store when I just came in and asked for my bag. I called the store after it never showed up to ask about and she was also rude. She also didn’t tell me at all i could come in and grab it or get refunded. As a person working in customer service.
