I came in with recently bleached level 9-10 blonde hair looking for a toner or purple shampoo to help with the yellow/orange tones. The employee (manager?) recommended I use the Bondbar blue shampoo. I blindly trusted her because I’ve never dyed my hair before and assumed she knew what she was talking about! Manager could not figure out how to process an online return despite me following the instructions on the Sally website that state to bring the product and return slip to the store. unnecessary attitude over the situation. Not sure why the store and/or company in general makes the return process so difficult.
