I was in twice within 30mins. Phone in my ear both times (‘cause waiting on hold for your bank is like fishing) and on both visits I was greeted with a warm smile & “how can we help you?” I had pictures of products from Sally Beauty in the UK, and they had never seen them before 🧐 Wait, what? I have had the most amazing experience with Cass for the past couple months! She has helped guide me to amazing products for making my hair happy and healthy, as well as helping select new colors to try out. I'm so pleased with my experience at this location due to her and will always go here because she is awesome at what she does!!
