Every time I go in, the Manager is rude and talks down to you. I always say it’s my last time going there, and then I give them another chance. Today WAS the last. He won’t be treating me bad again. Plenty of other stores to go in to.

I went there to pick up so wella permanent hair dye for the sprinkling of grays I have. The lady convinced me to buy something else (she handed me the products). I purchased it & walked out. I got home and did my hair & when it was washing out, I noticed it felt like straw. Confused, I went to look at everything and saw she had given me a bottle of 30 developer for dye. My hair which was so soft & healthy (never dyed at home), is dry & brittle. Don't let them help you. These aren't professionals. Research & buy the products ... read more

The employees are always nice and helpful. My earring was stuck in my ear and the employee (dont know their name i think she had purple hair) had good recommendations to help and even tried to help me pull it out of my ear lol) luv u
