Never make a purchase using a debit or credit card at Sally's. I purchased a hair dryer w/an extended warranty using my debit card. I lost my wallet about a week later and had replacement cards issued. I attempted to return the dryer for a refund and was told because the card was closed I needed to obtain a police report in order for them to place the refund on the replacement card.
