First time dying my hair at home was a little nervous but I walked out with so much more confidence after the help I received there. Thank you Emily and Ari! Gave me a full breakdown step by step of what I needed to do and answered all my questions. Super friendly (and hilarious) staff :) Wouldn’t have gotten this experience anywhere else!! The staff, two young ladies were lazy. Both were sitting down. Neither of them stood up to greet me or attempt to assist me. One lacked knowledge when she was asked a question about a specific product. I do not care to spend my money there as it is but it’s the closet hair store to me. Ugh I’ll just commute for better service.
