I had a very frustrating experience at this Sally Beauty location. I came in to return nine unopened, unused items that cost me almost $70. The young woman at the register seemed unsure of the return process, had me swipe my card twice, and then told me she could not refund the amount back to my original Sally credit card and would have to put it on a gift card instead. I came in today to get some blue hair dye. The employees were so kind and helpful, and I felt very welcomed :). Thank you Sally Beauty!
Good service and products. I’d recommend this over the ULTA next door. Lots of colored hair dyes that I could not find at Kroger or other convenience stores.
