I met Helen the new manager today. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She answered a ton of questions about products, she offered to update my phone number in my account! What makes the update so incredible is that I have not had the phone number that was on file with them for at least 6 years and I have been to countless Sally's in multiple states and I would say that I visited me being 30 times a year and this is the very first time that someone has offered to update my telephone number at my account.
