I went to the store to return an online order ,the Sales person named Lourdes was very unprofessional and very rude and not helpful at all., I rushed to the store before they closed to do the return after a long day of work. She made me wait While she took Customer after Customer and ignoring me totally and telling me to check my email for a receipt which I did multiple time and she kept saying just wait. I went in to get me a straightener and left with just that! Karen helped me and she was so nice. I don’t like the bags without the handles since it made it hard to carry my items.
