This Sally’s is great! I walked in to buy some hair dye to refresh my hair due to issues I was having. Tara immediately asked me if I needed help with anything. I explained my hair journey and what I was there for and she took the time to help me pick out exactly what I needed and explained the whole process for me. They were very rude and racist to black people
Don't listen to the people that work there, especially the middle aged lady, I went in there for bleach for my roots and she told me to dye my natural hair with blue... That doesn't work, clearly she doesn't know what she's talking about she just wants to sell you as much as she can.
Every time I come to this Sally's, it's an awkward experience. It's like they can NOT accept no for an answer when they ask if you need help. I'm not trying to make small talk and I don't want to share my hair ideas with you. I just want to get what I need and get out. To have an attitude towards me because I don't want to buy your conditioner suggestion, is absolutely absurd. Especially after I didn't ask for any suggestions and I never asked you a single question.
I had the most horrendous experience inside this store yesterday. I normally don't go to Sally's but I just missed Salon Centric before it closed and I needed color to do a clients hair that night so we went to Sally's. Right away the two women working became pretty rude once I told them I was ok without help, as I am a stylist and I have been a licensed working stylist for 15 years.
