The lady was friendly and very willing to help, but unfortunately she was pretty clueless and not actually helpful.
DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! This place is the worst, I gave them a second chance... To make the long story short, the first time I had a problem with them I had listened to the sales lady (against my better judgement) and I didn't end up with the hair color that I wanted. So I tried to make the return with the same sales person a couple of days later. She told me I couldn't return because I had to bring in the used hair dye boxes (even though I had the receipt). Horrible customer service. I placed an order for pickup, it was filled, then marked as picked up while I was at work. No one picked up my order. Then next day when my husband went to pick it up, they “didn’t have my order”. My husband was literally looking at the bag with his name on it while they told him they didn’t have the other. The manager then proceeded to lie to customer service and claimed that she processed the order but no one came to get it (last I check you don’t have to pick up by the end of the same day).
