Doesn’t even deserve one star. Came in earlier today to get some toner to LIGHTEN MY NATURAL BLONDE HAIR, the employee recommended me Wella T11 “it will not make you orange”… yea okay tell that to my fire roots. NEVER AGAIN. Terrible recommendations from the employees. Sally beauty, please HIRE PEOPLE WITH COMMON SENSE AND KNOWLEDGE ABOUT BLONDE. I will never come here again and i will advise all people i know not too come here either.

I went in with my fiancé to get his yellow hair down to a lighter shade and the sales associate Cassie(I really hope that’s their name and I didn’t forget it already- raven black hair and tattoos) was extremely helpful she literally went above and beyond for us answering the 101 questions I had and even writing down the steps so we wouldn’t forget, she recommended the right products but was never pushy to make a sale. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! This place is the worst, I gave them a second chance... To make the long story short, the first time I had a problem with them I had listened to the sales lady (against my better judgement) and I didn't end up with the hair color that I wanted. So I tried to make the return with the same sales person a couple of days later. She told me I couldn't return because I had to bring in the used hair dye boxes (even though I had the receipt).
