Never go to Sally’s ever again not only did they lose a customer but they told me I couldn’t use the Sally’s gift card at CosmoProf. I wa sad because I will never go to Sally’s again. But I went to CosmoProf after the dryer I bought at Sally’s stopped working within 4 months. No satisfaction but finally I settled other gift card I went to CosmoProf after Sally’s was truly bad. I came into this store around 2:30pm yesterday shopping for hair dye for an upcoming comic con I’m going to, since I happened to be at this mall. I don’t shop at Sally’s often, so I was a little thrown off by the hair colors not having prices listed in-store. My husband was helping me check online for prices so I was taking a bit longer to decide than expected, but also I was trying to decide on a shade of pink for my cosplay. Unprofessional and rude. Placed a pick up order and it was cancelled almost immediately. Went into the store almost 5 minutes later and they had plenty of what I ordered in stock. She just wanted to sit at the register and be lazy.

Everyone is highly unprofessional every time I’ve been in there. Rude and unhelpful. Not once have I been in there without hearing them bad mouth customers or complain about people coming into the store. Most of the time they’re sitting down and gossiping or deep into their phones. If you do need help it is obvious you are bothering them and getting in the way of their personal conversations. Highly suggest making a drive out of your way to a different location. Nothing but problems every time.
