I went today to get my things, the worker was torn between two people, one who knew what they wanted and another who demanded attention for what she needed. The employee handled it well, wasn't frustrated or rude to us. People need to understand that attending to people who expect to be catered too isn't easy. People tend to treat service workers badly, all of that weighs on workers. Get your stuff and get out, think of what other people maybe experiencing because of you!

I have been a long time Sally Beauty customer and hardly ever leave negative reviews, but today this location earned one and lost my business. One employee had just mopped and there was a TON of water on the floor. My 8 year old was right next to my side, I told him to step very carefully, and we were barely walking when he had no traction at all, his feet slipped out from under him and he smacked his head and back on the floor. This location is horrible. The two ladies that were working last night one lady with really long hair and one with short hair. The long haired lady was ghastly. I have never in my life been serviced by someone with the poorest attitude. Please give your job to someone knowledgeable and kind. I came in asking for color oops and the girl was “clueless” she had no idea what it was. Sad especially when you work at a beauty supply store.
