Will never go back to this location. Rude and very unhelpful staff. Refused to return an unused items within the time frame stated on the receipt and according to corporate policy. Literally told us she was trained not to accept returns. They also have very little clue about what they have in stock or when they will be replenishing items despite telling me on THREE separate occasions to come back such & such date because they would be putting their stock out. This 5 star rating is simply easy because the store Manager, Jessica and her staff are amazing and consistent. I’m always graciously greeted, they are hands on with helping me find the right products and also great with offered knowledge. The store is always fully stocked neat and clean. They give you time to yourself as you browse the store; there’s no constant hovering over you.
