Rude and unhelpful staff
Came in the Sally’s in Owingsmills the Customer Service at Sally’s was horrific. It doesn’t show the name of the employee and if it did, I would list it here today. It was terrible. I hate to say that I asked a young lady a question she referenced me back and said no one has ever came in here, looking for that, and literally got back on her TikTok and stood at the register while another young lady was clocking out it looked like she was attempting to clock in and was talking to someone at the same time on her cell phone that... read more
It’s a well stocked store…. When it’s open! There’s a sign on the door saying they will be back in 10 minutes and 20minutes later…still no one! No bueno smh!
Will never go back to this location. Rude and very unhelpful staff. Refused to return an unused items within the time frame stated on the receipt and according to corporate policy. Literally told us she was trained not to accept returns. They also have very little clue about what they have in stock or when they will be replenishing items despite telling me on THREE separate occasions to come back such & such date because they would be putting their stock out.
