I don't have option 0 to put it .they don't have any professional in-store or on website the broke totally my hair if you don't know what you want don't go or ask they are kids getting paid for hour zero knowledge.
I frequent this Sally Beauty often. I don't usually ask the reps for help but today, I came in for a price adjustment on a sale item recently purchased. I had this representative who is thin short blonde hair with spots of color either green or purple with pricing along the bridge of her nose. This woman tiptoed the line of rudeness in quite a creative way. Highly passive aggressive and I don't think I earned this type of exchange. I shop here a lot and honestly I don't want to go back here if this is how I will be treated.
