Horrible! We drove half hr round trip on a Sunday at 2pm. Just to see a sign saying on break! We went to Ross s went shopping. Came back an hr later still he same!!

Horrible customer service. Wasn’t greeted and wasn’t asked for help during my visit. However others were as they came in right after me.

This is the second time I've come here, and the door was locked during business hours. I ordered online for pickup and called ahead to make sure someone was there. When I got there, two other customers were waiting outside, unable to get in. I had to call, and a staff member named Victoria answered, saying the door was open. She unlocked it while we were on the phone. This was around 6 PM, and the store doesn't close until 8 PM.

I came in with a huge line of demarcation and this super nice black girl with the blonde hair was God sent!! My hair feels and looks SO much better 🥰 thank you so much!!

This store is in good hands now!!! I had the pleasure of meeting this locations new manager, Brittany. (apologies if I have misspelled your name) she was very helpful. Was quick to ask questions and help get me to exactly what I needed to keep my hair looking gorgeous. If you’re in there and see Brittany you are in good hands don’t be shy to ask questions!
