Drove all the way here from Durham because my aunt shops at this one and loves the staff only to find out they weren't open. It was 11:01 on Monday August 25, and their hours are 10:00 opening per the door sign. Disappointed.
went in store to get a 3 pack of earrings that said online they were in stock. I get there and find that there is one left on the shelf, but it has already been opened up and tampered with and was now missing one of the earrings and was put back on the shelf to be sold. I left without getting anything, as I’m not going to pay full price for a product that has been tampered with and is partially missing.
I went in today in hopes of correcting a undesirable color, however I did not know where to start, until the store manager Christy took the time to educate me on products and color theory..some may argue thats her job, I beg to differ..she went above and beyond and took at least 30 minutes. With countless questions ssked and answered with expertise that I can use forever. She wss so spot on that I did the color and came back and showed her results. Great experience
