Very impressed with the customer service and selection here. Greeted politely as soon as we came in, even though it was quite busy. Store was clean and organized. I highly suggest asking the older women who works there for advice if you're stuck on what hair colour to get. I wanted to go back to my natrual colour, when I tell you this lady matched the colour perfectly to my eyebrows you guys.. she suggested what colour to mix with the box I had already chosen, without even looking at the shelves..she new it by memory. Claudia is amazing! she is so nice and knowledgeable. She gave me so many options to choose from for curly hair. She was excited to share her personal hair care products that she likes to use. She was just so helpful over all. Great experience Thanks Claudia

I never had a problem with this location until this past year. At first I thought it was just me but no. You walk in and they are very welcoming but then watch you the WHOLE ENTIRE TIME. Ask you several times if you need anything or if they can help you. I spend a lot of money on my hair. It’s curly and I know what’s good for my hair. I left earlier and chose quickly what I needed and left because I rather spend my money at a different location. They always make me feel uncomfortable when I’m just shopping.
